• No Permanent Facial Biometric Templates: We do not extract or store permanent biometric templates of your face that can be used for unique identification.
• Secure Cloud Processing: To provide face-swapping services, the images/videos you upload are transmitted securely via HTTPS to our dedicated servers for temporary computational processing.
• Extremely Short Retention Period: Uploaded materials and generated videos are kept on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours (solely to allow you to preview and download them) and are subsequently permanently and irreversibly deleted.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We guarantee that your facial images, videos, and any facial features will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party.

1. Information We Collect

In order to provide you with face-mapping and video synthesis services, we may collect the following types of information:

• User-Uploaded Media: When using the face-mapping/swap features, you upload photos or videos containing faces. This media content contains sensitive facial image data.
• Account Information: If you choose to log in using third-party services (such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In), we collect your unique user ID, email address, name, and profile picture to create and manage your FaceSwap account and billing credits.
• Transaction & Subscription Data: To process subscriptions and credit package purchases (handled through the Google Play In-App Billing system), we record transaction times, order numbers, and purchased credits. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Device & Diagnostic Information: We may collect info about your mobile device, including device model, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and crash logs, strictly for bug fixing and performance optimization.

2. Device Permissions Used

The App may request the following permissions during runtime, which are necessary to perform certain features:

• Photo Library/Gallery Access: Required to let you select photos/videos containing faces from your device and save the processed video results back to your gallery.
• Camera Access (Optional): Required if you choose to take a photo on the spot to use as a face source.
• Network Access: Required to securely transmit media streams to cloud GPU servers for high-precision mapping and rendering, and to check your login and subscription status.
• Notification Access (Optional): Used to notify you when video face-swap tasks are complete.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• Face-Swap & Video Generation: Temporarily aligning, blending, and synthesizing the faces from your images onto the target videos in our secure cloud servers to output your customized video.
• Account & Credit Balance Management: Syncing your credit balances across devices and verifying that purchased credits are correctly consumed.
• Customer Support: Resolving refund requests, troubleshooting, and answering user feedback.
• Security & Maintenance: Detecting, preventing, and addressing technical bugs, abuse, fraud, or security threats.

4. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do not share, transfer, or disclose your facial photos, videos, or associated personal details to any third-party companies, organizations, or individuals, except:

• With your explicit consent or authorization.
• To comply with laws, court orders, or regulations from authorities.
• Exchanging transaction metadata with Google Play In-App Billing to process purchases.

5. Data Retention and Security

• Facial Media Data: All uploaded photos, target videos, and generated results are stored in the cloud for a maximum of 24 hours before being permanently deleted.
• Account & Transaction Info: Your account profile and credit ledger are stored for the duration of your usage. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize this data in compliance with local laws.
• Security Safeguards: We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and restrict access to servers containing user data to prevent unauthorized leaks or misuse.

6. Your Rights (Data Deletion & Revocation)

Under privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA, you have full control over your personal data:

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account permanently inside the App under "Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account". Once deleted, your profile, authentication linkages, credits, and tasks will be wiped permanently and cannot be recovered.
• Manual Media Deletion: You can delete any generated task from your history inside the App, which triggers immediate removal of the task and cached video from our servers.
• Revoking Permissions: You can turn off Camera, Photos, or Internet permissions in your device settings. Revoking permission will limit access to related features but will not affect other independent functions.

7. Children's Privacy

FaceSwap is not targeted at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with facial images or account details without parental consent, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove such data from our systems.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for updates.
